Hello! I’m Sophie!

I am a portrait and event photographer originally from Fort Worth, Texas and now currently residing in the amazing city of Austin!

Currently, I am a student at the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em) getting a Bachelor’s degree in Radio, Television and Film. I am focusing on the boundless art of storytelling as it has become a passion of mine.

Although I did not grow up with a camera in my hands, I have been learning through the past years to grow stronger in the art of photography, with the help of my trusty Canon 90D.

While I enjoy taking candid photos, doing inventive photoshoots, and capturing memories of live events, I also love creating music. Songwriting, singing, or playing a myriad of instruments, music is a passion and deep love of mine. Musical theatre and acting accompany that passion, of course, as it is where it all started. From my first role of “featured dancer” in elementary school to my favorite role of Lily in Casa Manana’s production of A Man of No Importance, this love has followed me throughout my life (if you want to email me just about musical theatre I will not complain).

My goal in life is to always challenge myself, testing both my skills and knowledge, and produce beautiful creations no matter what media it happens to be!
